Letters To My Daughter
I saw this beautiful album on two peas made by Steph Devlin called "letters to my children" It was so lovely I just had to make something like it. So here is my version....I loved the idea of McKenna having a letter to open at each special birthday and milestone event in her life.I think my next one will be for Jacque and her wedding and events and milestones from then on.I will include poems and inspirational quotes and letters of advice and love along the way. These books are not for in case something happens to us they are for now :) It will take me a while to get all the letters written but I figure I can write when I feel inspired and just add as I go.Mckenna is turning 10 this week so I have some time.
I used this wonderful tag envelope book from Melissa Frances and distressed it with Tim Holtz destress inks. The paper and embellishments were from pink paislee "sweetness" line and basic grey "curio".Used lost of pearls and liquid pearls from ranger my new favorite thing.Lots of Martha stewart punches love them too :)
Thanks for looking :) here is the link to Steph Devlin's album so sweet!!

Save The Date
So My oldest daughter is getting married in July.So we made some sweet save the dates. Its funny how something so simple can be so hard.Coming up with a save the date was really hard for me. I finally came up with a tag, I was hoping to add a magnet to it but have not been able to figure out how to incorporate it. The grey dot paper from American Crafts Peachy Keen line was my inspiration I just loved it.The pink paper is from pebbles Ever After I think it seemed to fit perfect with it.I cut the tags with a spellbinder Label die and the print on the back was free from http://www.weddingchicks.com/freebies/ they have such sweet ideas on their site.I stamped and embossed the save the date from a pebbles wedding stamp and punched it out with a EK success punch. I have about 60 more to do.I hope I don't get burned out :) thanks for looking and my Real life friends look for yours in the mail :)

Sweet Valentine
I just love this sizzix easel frame die.I have used it so much in such a sort time. I am always so happy when I find a die I can use alot.I made these sweet Valentine frames with BO Bunny's Valentine "gift of love" paper and the sizzix 3 d flower die.I used some pink velvet paper and Maya road pearls for the centers of the flowers. The flower die comes with a large and small flower.I think these would make really nice gifts you could put a plastic bag with colorful candy inside in place of picture.
here are the ones I made for my grandmas memorial service. The pictures are not so good I am so sorry :( I took them as I was getting ready to leave and didn't check them out very good. This K and Company paper was just gorgeous and fit my grandma perfectly!!!They were so nice to set out on tables and when the service was over her friends and family were able to take one home that they liked.
thanks for looking :)

I have so many things I have been working on I thought I would make one BIG post :)
First I made this mitten album with Basic Greys Eskimo kisses paper line, I just love this paper. This was a blank Maya Road mitten chipboard album. The mittens would make such a sweet banner too.
This is a gift for a secret Santa exchange so shhhhh don't Tell. I also made a little picture frame with some Maya Road houses and some scraps of the Eskimo kisses paper.I saw this idea somewhere about a year ago and can't remember were to give the credit for the cute idea.
Love little Rudolf :)
